Sundown Parade

Friday, May 8^th, 2009 @ 6:30 p.m.

We are in section 3 – Unit 2

Section 3 will stage on the east side of Main starting on 2^nd.

Units must enter the staging area north of Central.

The float will be there from 3 p.m.  on Friday – I would like everyone to be there by 5 30 p.m.

If you would like to help with the float please be there at 3 p.m.

Street will be closed at 5:30 so you need to be there before then.

NO VEHICLES will be allowed in the staging area.

Everyone needs to have a badge – you do not have to wear it but you need to have one if asked.

If anyone had any idea how we can decorate the float please let me know (60’s theme)
